YouMind 1.2: Learn and Create, Together

Hey friends, it's been a while. YouMind 2.0 is still on its way, but we didn't want to keep you waiting. So we're rolling out the biggest pieces one at a time, and today we're starting with one we care about a lot: learning and creating together.
Until now, learning and creating in YouMind was mostly a solo thing. You gathered the research, you did the thinking, you made the edits. When you got stuck, there was no one to talk it through with. And when you finished, your work just sat quietly in your Board.
We've always believed learning and creating shouldn't feel lonely.
Starting with this release, you can invite coworkers and friends into your Board. They can follow along as you learn and build, and see exactly how an idea grows into finished work. And they don't have to just watch. Whether it's editing a doc or running a few tasks, the people you invite can jump in and work right alongside you.
Creating may always be a little quiet, but you don't have to do it alone.
We believe that if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
Here's what's new:

Invite your people into your Board
Open Board settings to invite coworkers and friends, and choose what each person can do: edit content, run tasks, or just view. Invitees get a notification, and once they join, you can move things forward together in the same Board.
Everything everyone creates along the way stays in the Board. You can look back anytime and see how an idea took shape, step by step.

Share Skills, so good ideas go further
The Skills you've spent time perfecting can now be shared to a Board. Everyone in it can use them right away, so nobody has to figure things out from scratch. What one person learned becomes something the whole team can run with.
Skills you've installed from the community can be shared too, so everyone gets the best of what the community has built, right when they need it.

Collaboration goes both ways
Boards you've been invited to show up in their own section of your list, and they work just like your own. Pop in anytime to see how things are going and pitch in.
Open a Board and invite your first collaborator. Come see what creating together feels like.
