Description
Every week, we gather high-quality overseas content (YouTube/X/Reddit), select 5-7 top pieces, and generate an in-depth analysis weekly report. Original links are saved directly in the report, clickable for easy access. Reports are saved in the "Personal Brand" section.
Instructions
## Step 1: Parallel scraping of popular content from three major platforms over the past 7 days
Using Google Search, we conducted parallel searches on three major platforms, with the following keywords and selection criteria:
### YouTube (Preferred Platform)
- Use `category: video`
- Keyword combination (choose one):
- "AI Agent" OR "AI Intelligent Agent" + "past week"
- "knowledge base" OR "知识库" + "past week"
- "content creation" OR "past week"
- "small product" OR "small but exquisite product" + "past week"
- "creator economy" OR "creator economy" + "past week"
- Use `freshness: week` to limit to the past 7 days.
- Expected result: Videos with >10,000 views or >100 comments
### X/Twitter (Preferred Platform)
- Use `category: tweet`
- Keyword combination:
- "AI Agent" OR "knowledge base" OR "content creation" OR "creator economy" OR "personal brand"
- Use `freshness: week`
- Expected result: Tweets with >50 retweets or >200 likes
- Use `category: general` + `includeDomains: ["reddit.com"]`
- Keyword combination:
- "AI Agent" OR "knowledge base" OR "content creation" OR "small product" OR "indie maker"
- Use `freshness: week`
- Expected result: Posts with more than 100 likes
**Key Implementation Points:**
- Search 3-4 times on each platform, using different keyword combinations to ensure broad coverage.
- Prioritize crawling content from YouTube and X.
- Record the number of materials captured from each platform.
Step 2: Filtering and Deduplication - Keep 5-7 of the highest quality data.
All captured materials are filtered and deduplicated, **ultimately retaining 5-7 of the highest quality materials**:
### Screening Criteria
1. **Content Relevance**: The title or abstract must contain one of the following keywords:
- AI Agent / AI Intelligent Agent
- knowledge base / knowledge management
- content creation / content creation / creator economy
- small product / small and beautiful product / indie product
- personal brand / individual brand / solopreneur
2. **Quality Standards** (based on platform):
- YouTube: Views > 10,000 or Comments > 100
- X/Twitter: 50 retweets or 200 likes
- Reddit: Upvotes > 100
3. **Duplicate Removal:** If the same content appears on multiple platforms, only the one with the highest engagement will be retained.
4. **Top 5-7 Filtering**: Sort by the following priority and keep 5-7 items:
- Highest interaction rate
- Highest content quality
- The most novel topic
- Topic diversity (avoid all 5 materials being on the same topic)
### Downgrade Processing
If there are fewer than 5 items after filtering:
- **First Downgrade:** Reduce the interaction threshold by 50% (e.g., YouTube views > 5000)
- **Second downgrade:** As long as the keyword is included, there is no limit to the number of interactions.
- **Third downgrade**: Use searchBoards to search for relevant materials saved within the past 7 days from the user's knowledge base in "Overseas Materials" or "00-Inbox".
**Output**: A list of filtered valid materials (5-7 items)
Step 3: Obtain detailed information and translate it - process 5-7 documents.
For the **5-7 selected materials**:
1. **Use the fetch tool to retrieve the complete content:**
- Retrieve original title, text summary, and publication date
- Extract key points (3-5 main points)
- Record the original link
2. **Automatic Translation**:
- If the original text is in English, translate it into Chinese.
- Retain the original English text, including links and key terms.
- Translation format:
```
[Chinese Title]
Original Title: [English Title]
Key points:
1. [Chinese translation]
2. [Chinese translation]
3. [Chinese translation]
Original link: [URL]
Source platforms: [YouTube/X/Reddit]
Publication time: [Time]
Interaction data: [Number of views/Number of likes/Number of comments]
```
3. **Content Classification**:
- Tag each piece of content: AI Agent / Knowledge Base / Content Creation / Small and Beautiful Products / Personal Brand
- Content type categorized as: Tutorials / Case Studies / Viewpoints / Tool Recommendations / Industry Trends
**Note:** If the fetch fails (e.g., login is required), retain the title and link, and mark it "Manual viewing required."
Step 4: Generate a weekly material report and save it to your personal brand section.
Use the write tool to create a weekly material scraping report and save it to the **Personal Branding section** (ID: 019b6986-8e24-7149-96d9-6250c0f624c0):

ResearchCompetitor Content Strategy
Turn content from competitor or benchmark accounts into an evidence-based, appropriately scoped content strategy report that you can put into action. Whether you provide local materials, article links, pasted text, or only an account name, the analysis can first build a source inventory, check sample coverage, time span, column and format distribution, and flag failed retrievals, missing information, or insufficient samples to avoid drawing overly certain conclusions from limited evidence. From there, it breaks down the benchmark account's topic angles, headline construction, opening promise, body pacing, and closing actions. It extracts reusable topic patterns, headline formulas, and structural frameworks while distinguishing consistently recurring tactics from isolated examples. The analysis goes beyond general judgments such as “worth learning from.” It considers your account positioning, platform format, stage, production capacity, category, and compliance boundaries to determine what can be adopted directly, what needs to be adapted, and what risks may come from copying it. It also provides practical adaptation directions and an action checklist for this week. If you provide content from your own account, the analysis can further compare it with your existing style, capability gaps, and audience expectations, then arrange a more suitable order for transferring applicable approaches. In the end, you can receive a conversation overview and a complete content strategy report. When needed, it can also generate a single-file HTML report that is easy to save, print, and share. Suitable for content creators, social media operators, and brand teams conducting competitor content analysis, planning topics, and building an account system.
