It supports new plans as well as targeted revisions and refinements to existing guidebooks. 📝 Backend research notes are stored separately, including sources, candidates, comparison processes, versions, verification records, and rules for revising across multiple rounds (when new facts appear, promptly replace outdated information and recalculate affected routes). This helps prevent duplicate tables, exposure of internal wording, and canceled items from returning.
