Overlayer is entering its first mainnet Farming Season.
VISION is a six-month campaign designed to reward the users who provide capital, use Overlayer’s infrastructure and contribute to the growth of the protocol before TGE.
Participants can deploy eligible assets across Ethereum, Base and Robinhood chains, earn points over time and build a share of an OVER reward pool that expands as the protocol grows.
The principle is simple:
Provide capital. Earn points. Unlock a larger reward pool together.
The VISION Reward Pool
VISION begins with a Reward Pool equal to 1% of the total OVER supply.
As the Season progresses, additional allocations are unlocked according to the average supply of Overlaid Assets maintained throughout the campaign.
At the final milestone, VISION can distribute up to 10% of the total OVER supply.
These milestones do not multiply user points. They increase the total number of OVER tokens available for distribution.
Your points determine your relative share of the campaign. Season Average TVL determines how large the final Reward Pool becomes.
Season Average TVL
The Reward Pool is based on Season Average TVL, rather than the highest TVL reached at a single moment and eligible TVL is calculated using the global outstanding supply of Overlaid Assets.
Each outstanding Overlaid Asset is counted nominally as $1, regardless of whether it is held in a wallet, staked, used as liquidity or transferred to another supported chain.
The calculation is time-weighted across the full six-month Season. Capital therefore contributes according to both its size and the length of time for which it remains within the protocol.
For example, maintaining $180M for one day during a 180-day Season contributes approximately $1M to the final Season Average TVL.
Progress already accumulated cannot move backwards. If capital leaves the protocol, it stops contributing from that moment onward, but the average TVL already secured remains valid.
This makes early and persistent participation more valuable than temporary deposits made shortly before the end of the campaign.
How Base Staking Points Are Earned
Base Staking Points are the main source of score during VISION.
They are generated by depositing capital into eligible opportunities.
These may include direct deposits of Overlaid Assets and Staked Overlaid Assets, liquidity positions paired with stablecoins, or selected partner pools.
Each opportunity has its own point rate, reflecting its strategic importance to Overlayer. In simplified form:
Base Staking Points = eligible capital × pool rate × time deposited
Points continue to accrue while the position remains active. When capital is withdrawn, the withdrawn amount stops generating new points, while all points already earned remain valid.
Yield and Farming Season Rewards Are Separate
Participating in VISION does not replace the underlying economics of the selected position.
Depending on the opportunity, a participant may still earn protocol-generated yield, liquidity-provider fees, partner incentives or other pool-specific returns.
These economic returns are separate from Farming Season Points and from the eventual OVER allocation.
Points measure participation in VISION. They are not the yield generated by the deposited assets.
Multi-Chain Participation
VISION operates across Ethereum, Base and Robinhood.
Each wallet maintains a separate score on each chain. The same address may therefore have one Ethereum entry, one Base entry and one Robinhood entry.
During the Season, rankings are displayed separately according to the chain currently selected in the application.
At the end of VISION, all finalized entries from the supported chains will be combined before the global individual and team leaderboard prizes are assigned.
Tracking Your Allocation
The dashboard page displays the user’s current position on the selected chain.
It includes the estimated OVER allocation, Total Score, share of the global score, Base Staking Points, percentage-based bonuses, Referral Points, Team Leader Points when applicable, and Galxe Points.
The estimate changes continuously as the user earns points, other participants enter the campaign, and the Reward Pool reaches new milestones.
All allocations shown during the Season remain estimates until final settlement.
The VISION Simulator
The simulator allows participants to explore the potential theoretical value of their current estimated allocation.
It reads the user’s estimated OVER amount and allows them to choose a predefined launch FDV or enter a custom value. The system then calculates the implied token price and the corresponding theoretical value of the allocation.
The simulator is not a prediction of OVER’s launch valuation and does not guarantee any financial outcome. It is a transparent tool for understanding the relationship between the estimated allocation, the fixed OVER supply and a user-selected valuation scenario.
A Collective Campaign
VISION is not built around a fixed reward disconnected from protocol growth, the stronger the Season becomes, the larger the Reward Pool becomes for every participant.
Users compete for their individual share, but all participants benefit collectively from broader adoption, stronger liquidity and longer capital retention.
The first level begins with 1% of the OVER supply.
The final milestone reaches 10%.
How far VISION progresses depends on the capital, participation and coordination of the community building it.
